Girl, I am so excited that you're here for today's episode because this topic is something

that I think about so often it's one of my biggest fuel sources.

My husband, Tina and I talk about this at least weekly.

In fact, it was one of the things that really made me decide that I wanted to marry my

husband, which was this concept of wanting to be a lineage-changer.

And when I say lineage-changer, what I'm referring to is knowing that how you're going to show

up to your one-shot here is not just going to impact your kids, but your kids' kids,

your kids' kids' kids, right?

Like lineage-changing or making this conscious decision that something that you grew up

seeing as an example stops with you and no longer will that continue.

And all of us can feel this in a different way.

And I'm not meaning legacy in particular because there are some of you maybe use specifically

that are listening into this podcast that don't want to have kids and that's totally

cool.

I think legacy is not what you're passing to the next generation.
