What's up girl, I'm so excited that you're here for today's episode because this is going

to be a short one, but I want to talk about something that has been on my heart a lot.

It actually stemmed from a conversation that I had with my husband, Sina, about how

what got you here to this stage and your life and your business and your career and your

health and your relationships, maybe in your marriage, it's not going to get you there

wherever there is for you because you're evolving as a human and seasons in our life change

and what we need in terms of support from other people as well as support within our

own selves evolves as we do.

And to kind of set the stage here, my husband and I have been together for 13 and a half

years, although we've been married for four months at the time of this recording.

And we were talking about how different we were, of course, at 18 and 19, then we are

now at 32 and 33.

And how every different season of life that we've been in and in our career, we've needed
