What's up girl, I'm really excited that you're here for today's episode because this

is going to just be a raw conversation you know on this podcast, I like to think of

us like we're girlfriends, chat over spicy margaritas.

And I'm purposely recording this episode on a very significant day in my life so that

it can just be super transparent with you.

And the day that I'm recording this is July 4th, the morning of July 4th.

And this is a really significant day for me in my life for two big reasons.

One is July 4th of 2019 is when my husband, Cena and I got engaged.

And every year I like to talk about our engagement because we don't have this traditional path

and I think it's so easy to get caught up in societal expectations of like when we quote

unquote should be doing something or if you're anything like me, we did it for 10 years

before we got engaged.

So I can't even tell you about how many freaking times I heard like, are you guys ever

getting married?

You know, you're not getting any younger, what's the deal?
