what I eat, diligent about my workouts, and then just forced myself to go to sleep and

adhere to the new time zone I'm on. When I was in London it was my first time traveling without my sleeping pills and

really trying not to take sleeping pills. And I really struggled so now I've realized I really

have to use something so I've been taking magnesium sitrate since I've been back.

You just mix it into water, whether it's a cold drink or hot drink.

I bought mine on Amazon, it has like a lemon flavor.
