The fourth quality, I think, that is important as a mentor is friendship and support.

Because the first question to follow or ask a leader is, do you care for me?

Now that I've found that out, then all the rest of it is a kind of a done deal.

I remember one night having a long dinner with Jim Collins.

And we were talking about Peter Drucker that I knew fairly well.

Jim knew him a lot better than I did, that's for sure.

So he told me some wonderful things about Drucker and I passed on something that he wrote

to you.

He said, but for me, Drucker's most important lessons cannot be found in any text or lecture.
