This all comes down to one simple truth.

People are at the center of everything the U.S. military does.

This conversation was a part of IFES 2021. A special thanks to say

shots for making this happen. I'm so sorry for getting this one out so late, but I promise

you it was worth the weight. We're going to be looking at the horizon,

it's something that certainly is not irrelevant to how we got to Afghanistan but is not just

focused on that's focused on broader strategic issues and that is the future of developing the

workforce of how talent development and how that pertains to training, education,

data, transformation, digitalization, all these digitization, all these great

things that you've heard over and over again and we have some great leaders here

that are going to help us sort through these issues.

And I've asked them to introduce themselves, starting with you please.

Major General Andrea Tullis, I'm the Deputy Commander of Air Education and Training Command at

town at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. And we set the foundation for training in the Air Force,

whether it's non-flying, flying training.

It is really soup to nuts of everything from technical training to our professional military

education.
