to circumvent the United States Congress in order to declare war.

In doing so, they launched what for all intents and purposes was a war in Somalia.

The war was being conducted in a way that did not employ all the checks and balances that had been used in an attempt to

limit civilian deaths during the Obama administration.

Now an investigation has shown that not only were a woman and her child killed after escaping the

original drone attack on the vehicle within which they were traveling.

But some five years after the events came to light, the U.S. has done nothing to compensate the victim's
