I'm still on this like roller coaster. And to be clear, it's like, these nightsuits are not like,

um, disrupting my life. But it is as if someone has sprayed me with a bottle of water like I'm you know a cat

scratching the furniture I just like wake up like misted with my own sweat um I like to think I

look dewy like if someone were to walk in I'd be like oh a fair damsel has fallen asleep in a

dewy meadow uh I probably look disgusting.

But anyway, thank you for telling me I'm not dying.

Only one person wrote in to be like, get off your SSRI.

You're going to gain 80 pounds and it's going to mess up your brain and it's going to be so hard to get off.

And that, if I could access

panic, I would. But thanks, Olaf, I can't access panic anymore. So I'm just going to chill and

keep doing the drugs and just like, you know, get through today. That's all I can do.

And so far it's a really good day.
