And, you know, and I know a lot of women, obviously, you have C-sections or, you know, they get

or you think that they should really seek out to get themselves in physical therapy? Kind of going back to a sports orthopedic mindset, you know, if you've ever had a rotator

cuff injury or if you've ever torn your ACL in your knee, your doctor, your orthopedic

surgeon or physician has no issue sending you to rehab to physical therapy.
