I'm Pete, joined by Darius.

And today we start sort of an evaluation week, maybe a couple of weeks.

We'll see how many of these we do, where we kind of take a step back and zoom in on a big

picture aspect of either the organization, its leadership, the roster, different aspects of the roster and all that. And sort of all of us want to know, you know, what are the Lakers going to do? What should they do? These are the first initial steps. Do you of, I think, really arriving at those answers is an evaluation. And I think you start at the top.

Now, we're not going to start with Jeannie. Obviously, she's at the top, but she's not involved enough in the basketball for us to have enough operating information, I think, to do a full pot about, but she's obviously a big character within this. But today we're going to talk about Rob Polenka. He amidst the Lakers entering the playoffs, got extended.
