And yesterday at the end, we tease, hey, we're going to have an Austin podcast. There was actually a press conference with Rob Polinka and J.J. Redick to close out the season. And I think any time the

leaders of the team speak, and this will be the last time, I think, until draft days, normally

the next time Polinka gets behind a mic. And important to hear where their heads are at. And if you

didn't get a chance to listen to that, we got you. Both of us watched the whole thing, took some notes,

and we'll discuss that on today's pod. So, D, Rob opened things up by saying, you know,

any year that we don't win a title is we didn't reach our goal. However, felt like we added two

pillars to what we wanted to do between Reddick, who sat next to him and adding Luca Donchich via trade.

I was a bit surprised about the level of not aggressiveness, but the, oh yeah, there are going

to be moves this summer around the league.

And we are going to make some moves to upgrade the five spot, just kind of how directly

he spoke about that rather than

downplaying it. We'll see how reality plays out. But just two takeaways from Rob's general

comments that we'll delve into some of the details. But more broadly speaking, what were your

impressions of that press? I think par for the course for what you'd expect after a season like this.

I thought both JJ and Rob were measured.
