Hello, welcome to a mini episode of Peace Out.

It's almost winter break for us here in Canada, so between all the family time and the winter

fun and a couple of other things I'm working on, I'm going to write and record a couple more

stories over the next couple of weeks.

We'll have another mini episode in two weeks time, and this time it'll be for the grownups.

But today it's about you.

So right now let's sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and as I do the calm down

down, take deep long breaths in through your nose, and then breathe out through your mouth.

2 1 Great! Now keep your eyes closed and imagine that you have an eye patch over

one of them, because right now we're going to imagine that we're pirates. We're sitting

in an old wooden rowboat in the ocean.

The sun is shining hot and brightly above us, and there's a salty sea breeze brushing

past our cheeks.

You can smell the salt in the water.

The boat is bobbing up and down on the sea.

It's swaying from side to side now.

Imagine that you're moving up and down with the waves.

But now big grey clouds are beginning to move in and is covered the sun.

We better start to roll back to the pirate ship.

Everyone's waiting for us because we found some treasure and need to get it back to our

pirate friends before the storm starts.
