| 1:04.4 | There are probably a million things that you feel like you need to get done. |
| 1:08.8 | But right now, right at this very moment, know that there's nothing that can be done |
| 1:17.1 | in the next 5 minutes, that will change that, make it any better, or any worse. |
| 1:26.9 | Take that how you will, but that's what I always tell myself at the beginning of a yoga |

| 1:33.3 | And for whatever reason, it makes me feel relieved, because it means I can take this time ahead |
