When I meditate, I layer different meditation techniques. I'll start off with an affirmation

to focus my mind. An affirmation is a thought or a phrase that inspires you. The affirmation for this week's series on peace is peace flows through me.

Peace flows through me. And then I'll do a breathing technique. Breathing techniques are one of the fastest

And when you position your hands in a particular way, it stimulates a corresponding region of your brain.
