I hope all is well as you get ready to settle yourself down and do a gratitude meditation.

To feel that connection with your environment, with the people in your life, with your surroundings,

is that they allow you to transition from being busy, being preoccupied or overwhelmed or stressed

to a state of stillness.

It's pretty difficult to sit down and instantly be meditating.

It's more likely that there's a little transition time where you calm your mind and body at your own pace
