I need to put the mind at relaxation today, but our mind, body and spirit and a state of joy,

good vibrations.

Tell those negative thought processes that that's not a part of our thinking anymore.

You know, life has its hiccups.

I experience like a hiccup every single week.

I swear.

The understand how you feel?

It's like no matter how much you get the ball rolling in motion in momentum, you're going

to experience some type of hiccup.

And what are hiccups?

They are sudden, they are unexpected, but they rock your whole body, you understand?

But we can put the mind at rest today.

We can put the body at rest today.

We can put our spirit at rest today.

I just have a good experience.

I am all about the simple pleasures.

You know, yesterday it was hot outside.

Like I live in Vancouver, BC, it's usually not hot in April.

And yesterday I was having an hiccup because I was just having extreme allergies, which

was like rocking my whole body and system.

So I had to upload a podcast.

I just, I was not in the state to do so.
