Hey there friends, welcome back to the morning mindset.

My name is Kerry Green and wherever in the world you are listening from, welcome.

This is our opportunity to get our minds aligned with the truth of God's Word.

And when I say wherever in the world you're listening from, I really mean that.

There are people listening in Niger, people listening in India, people listening in Kazakhstan,

people listening in Peru, even in Greenland.

We have people all of the globe listening to the morning mindset, welcome.

I'm so thankful, so glad that you're here.

Today we're going to be looking at the Gospel of John, chapter 14, verses 26 and 27.

Now we covered verse 26 a little bit yesterday, but for the sake of context, we're including

it again today so that we can understand this next phrase, this next sentence that Jesus

says in verse 27.

So as we look at verse number 26, it says.

Jesus speaking to His disciples, but the helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will

send in my name, He will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have

said to you, peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you.

Not as the world gives do I give to you.

Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.

Now friends, I think as we hear that second sentence there that Jesus begins to say, the

part about peace, something in our hearts just rises up, longing to have peace.

I mean, we live in a world that's full of such anxiety and such fear, intention and

conflict and strife.
