Hello and welcome to Dishing Up Nutrition's midweek segment

0:23.0

called Ask a Nutritionist. I am Brittany Vincent, a registered and licensed dietitian. On today's

0:29.2

show brought to you by nutritional weight and wellness, I will be answering a nutrition question

0:34.6

from one of our Dishing Up Nutrition listeners. And the question today is

0:40.8

1:43.5

notice the benefits. I know that, I know that a lot of people hope

1:48.5

that you could notice improvement within a week, which is possible, but I always like to set up

1:55.8

realistic expectations. And then the other thing I want to mention, when we're talking about pain and trying

2:04.2

to improve pain, I always suggest that my clients track their pain on some sort of scale that

2:11.6

resonates with them, only because sometimes improvement in pain can be gradual. So if you knew what the level of pain was

2:20.9

before you started supplementing with PEA and then, you know, a month in, six weeks in,
