0:09.5	about today is this news, this situation, this outrage around YouTube and their community
0:13.6	guidelines. So this whole situation effectively kicked into gear Tuesday when Charlie White, better
0:17.2	known as critical among a ton of other nicknames, took to Twitter to voice his frustration
0:20.6	about a community guideline strike
0:22.0	that he received on his YouTube channel.
0:23.4	The video that prompted the strike appeared
0:24.6	to be taken down for including violent or graphic content,
0:27.0	and according to the screenshot that he shared,
0:28.9	he appealed the decision, but that appeal was rejected.

0:33.9	what was the content that YouTube had an issue with? Well, his video featured a pretty viral clip from 2014 that you've probably seen before. It's a supposed road rage incident where

0:44.9	another driver. And if you've seen the video, you probably thought it was funny, harmless, most
