0:38.3	Because today, the Academy of Motion Picture, Arts, and Sciences announced that they are banning Will Smith for 10 years.
0:43.3	For those 10 years, he can't return to the Oscars or attend any other Academy events, though he will retain his Oscar, and he remains eligible for future Oscar nominations and wins.
