0:06.9	On Fridays, I try to cover more viewer requested stories.
0:09.0	And with that said, let's just jump into it.
0:11.1	And the first thing we're gonna talk about today is, well, it was in the title,
0:13.7	quitting social media.
0:14.7	About eight days ago, a friend of the show, Casey Niceab, put out a video called
0:17.8	goodbye social media.
0:19.0	And in the video, he talks about deleting social media from his phone,
0:21.7	Twitter, Instagram, Facebook.
0:23.5	And you know, kind of like every other time I had seen someone that talked about taking
0:26.5	a break, disconnecting, I was really inspired by.
0:29.1	I was like, yeah, maybe down the road I'll do that.
0:30.9	But if you follow me on Twitter or Instagram Instagram you know that I finally took the dive.
0:33.8	I deleted Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit off of my phone.
0:37.8	While still allowing myself if it was on my work PC for a work reason during a
0:41.0	designated time I have access to it.
0:42.9	And I will say after a week of doing this,
0:45.1	I really recommend it.
