0:06.3	And the first thing we need to talk about today
0:08.0	is the K-pop world, and it's not,
0:09.7	you know, that happy fluffy news, like,
0:11.4	oh my God, BGS broke a new record on you too.
0:14.0	This is more in line and actually connected to the troubling
0:16.5	K-pop news we talked about last week. Today another K-pop star has found
0:19.6	themselves in serious legal trouble and that star in question is 30 year old singer-songwriter
0:24.3	Jong-jun-Yung who is best known for his part in an extremely popular Korean variety show.
0:28.7	And his troubles began on March 11th when the South Korean broadcaster SBS revealed that sole police
0:33.0	discovered that between 2015 and 2016 he illegally shared sexually
0:36.7	explicit videos of women taken without their knowledge or consent in a group check
0:40.1	something that he had actually been accused of doing by an ex-girlfriend back in 2016,
0:43.4	but there she ultimately rescinded her accusations.
0:45.6	And so what we saw was that police wouldn't officially open a separate investigation into Jong until March 14.
0:50.0	But that brings up the question, why now?
0:51.8	Why were police even looking into his messages?
0:54.0	Well, actually, they weren't.
0:55.0	Jong's alleged crimes were discovered on accident by police as part of their investigation
0:58.3	into fellow K-pop star, Suum Reh, who we covered last week.
