0:54.3	cutting 500 jobs by the end of 2019. Right a very meaningful cut to a company that has an estimated
0:58.9	workforce of around 4,000, a company that is currently under a lot of scrutiny and under fire.
1:03.8	But the really big news are the allegations coming from Siddharth Breha. He's the former senior
1:08.2	vice president of global finance for Jel, and he filed a lawsuit
1:12.0	against the company on Tuesday. A lawsuit that claims a Jewel shipped out one million contaminated
1:17.0	e-cigarette pods. The Breha claiming of the company retaliated against him when he brought up concerns
1:21.6	over this shipment. Also, according to reports, there was another instance where Breha says he was
1:25.4	worried when the company in February 2019 wanted to resell pods that were at one point almost one year old saying he protested their resale and urge the company to at least include an expiration or best buy date or a date of manufacture on the packaging with a report going on to say that the lawsuit claims that then CEO Kevin Byrne shot down that idea saying half our customers are drunk and vaping like mofos,
