Good morning and welcome to the Independent Republic of Mike Graham right here on Talk Radio.

It is now day 46, ladies and gentlemen, since we first heard of a deadly virus that was killing people in Wuhan, China.

And today we are talking about entire households self-isolating to avoid contracting coronavirus.

Shops are running out of disinfectant hand gels, apparently.

And in the more extreme sections of the media,

people are warning of food riots in the streets.

I don't think that's going to happen, do you?

Let's all take a deep breath, shall we?

Let's all keep a sense of perspective, and let's all start talking about the real issues

which actually affects everyone in this country.

Of course, it's very sad that one person has now succumbed to the disease and died in this country.

But as the health chiefs are saying, the person was elderly and suffering from some other health concerns.

And so that person is described as dying with coronavirus rather than dying from it.
