greatest myths in economic history in my view. But there's a lot of things like this.

I think the overall message of this video should be that we can't just accept everything that is said

over and over and over and over and over again in economics is just true sometimes we've got to use

some common sense we've got to look at the charts we've got to look at the data and say hey does

this make sense and if it doesn't make sense we've got to scratch beneath the surface and figure out why.

Some of those sacred cows, one that we're discussing right here, is Paul Volker broke the back

of inflation.

right now? Or Janet Yellen, even better, smoking a stogie in front of Congress.

But in all seriousness, we've got to, we just can't take these things for granted just because

people say them over and over and over and over again.
