Summary

February 13th, 2014: a 56-year-old experienced outdoorsman drives deep into Arizona’s Tonto National Forest for a planned multi-day solo hike. After parking along a quiet highway near the community of Young, he leaves behind a note describing his route and steps into some of the most rugged backcountry in the state. Days later, concern begins to grow, triggering a large-scale search across remote canyons and forested ridgelines. What happened in that vast wilderness? Join us this week as we investigate the mysterious disappearance of Paul Victor Tomasso.

What is that? That's the Netflix, Stranger Thing, Secret 9th episode. Oh, okay, the thing you've been talking about.

1:11.4

Yeah. Okay. Cool. Well, I didn't know that. For the record, I didn't think it was going to happen, but it was fun watching all the people get so upset that the finale was so bad. They created a thing in their head that there might be a secret better one. Did you, I saw a news report from New York. All these people were following someone

1:28.5

on TikTok that said there was going to be a big New Year's Eve firewark show on the Brooklyn

1:32.8

Bridge. Oh yeah. Thousands of people showed up and they're like three, two, one. All right,

1:42.0

Eddie said it never happened. He should have just posted that there's like, how that it never happened?

2:02.5

He should have just posted that there's like technical difficulties and it never happened. Yeah, right. Just keep it going. Okay, well, we'll cut all that out. No, everyone who's like it was, because it wasn't that bad. Like, it was, eh, but everyone's like, you can't end a finale that bad. I was like, have you seen Game of Thrones or Sopranos.

2:01.4

Sopranos was you seen Game of Thrones?

2:17.6

Or Sopranos? Sopranos was better than Game of Thrones. Game of Thrones is one that they should actually just redo. I guess that final scene in Sopranos, it's grown on me. When I watched it originally, I was like, that's it. And it just cut the black. Yeah. Spoiler alert. Well, it's better than having the whole final season just be awful.

2:18.4

God awful.

2:19.9

And the best episode,

That's true. And the best episode, you can't see. Yeah. The best episode, the whole season is the battle. And it looks like you're wearing like five pairs of sunglasses. Yeah. Not how I would have done it. But, okay, anyway. Anyway, where were we? Confirmity gate. This is the Stranger Things episode. Yes. Happy New Year, everyone.
