| 1:11.7 | yeah yeah so uh for me it would be the moment that got me to be where i am today which uh which was |
| 1:19.7 | rather difficult for because i i spent most of my career in pretty typical corporate career path |
| 1:24.7 | and found myself 20 years into a career at Procter and Gamble |
| 1:28.3 | before I left. But that moment for me was deciding to leave still in my mid-40s and too |
| 1:35.2 | young to retire and all that kind of stuff to go be a full-time author and speaker and trainer, |
| 1:40.4 | which is what I knew I wanted to do and would love to do. But, you know, when you got a couple of kids to put through college and you're, you know, too young to retire and all that, it's a difficult decision. |
| 1:48.7 | And so that defining moment for me was a conversation with my dad that gave me the courage to actually walk away and pursue my dreams, which just happened about three years ago. |
