| 1:17.0 | So I, you know, I have, I was focused for a long time on losing weight and in the beginning, health was not like a prime motivating factor for me. |
| 1:29.0 | So I, you know, I would have other things that drove me and, but I arrived here today going like health really matters to me today. |
| 1:40.0 | Now I actually care about it and it might have taken a while to get me into that mind frame. But so now I think of things in terms of health, you know, where it used to be like, I have kids and so I go like smoking cigarettes is probably not the best thing I can do for my body. |
| 1:58.0 | And so that becomes this very general thing, you know, like being obese is probably not the best thing I can do for my body. So as far as a metric of health goes, that is a consideration for me. |
| 2:10.0 | But as we get further and further into it, you know, you start to realize that there are truly no end to the kind of gaming you can do to health. |
