| 1:19.0 | I feel like so much of my life I spent not feeling like a human, like feeling like, like, you know, I think of I think of people as like that guy's normal. |
| 1:28.0 | And of course this is like a terrible way to judge somebody, right, calling them normal, but like I would just look at somebody and go like, why can't I just be normal. |
| 1:37.0 | And it all came down to like what's wrong with me. There's something wrong with me. Now it turns out after many years of trial and error with diets and doing all the diets, which I can't wait to talk to you about because I know you have some opinions on them, but like that eating had a played a big role in me not feeling like I was a normal person. |
| 2:05.0 | Absolutely. You played a role in how you felt how you felt about yourself, how you felt about how you fit in with the people around you and the world around you 100%. |
| 2:18.0 | Eating is such, you know, I like to say every time you take a bite of food, you're expressing to the world all all sorts of information about yourself about. |
| 2:29.0 | And so it's fortunate. So it's unfortunate, but your socioeconomic status, your political stance, your religion, your tradition, your history, all these things are expressed with with food. |
| 2:40.0 | And so food by default is a central part, a central part of being human. |
