given the global appeal of both clubs.

Well I'm Guy Clark and here on Blood Red ahead of Sunday's visit

to Old Trafford we've been along to catch up with a man who lays claim to being the only

man to ever captain both Liverpool and Manchester United, Paulins.

We caught up with him down in London to talk through his decision to switch into Milan

for Anfield, having of course spent six years at United, as well as his thoughts on the situation

of both sides in the modern day.

Plus he tells us whether he thinks this year could be the year,

the Liverpool Lift a league title.

of turning out for both sides.

I think I've had some, could have bad memories to be fair.

I think to you fair I think I've always, I've been fortunate I've scored against both teams.

I remember playing old-travered against from 8-night against Liverpool, beating 1-0, corner kick, Dave James and goals and mate and one sonill. Corner kick, Dave James and Gold was a mate and one, so got up and rose and flicked it in the back of that.

One-1-nill. And then I remember the game when I obviously came back from Inter Milan,

played mate night in the FA Cup at Anfield.
