Greetings, greetings and welcome back to the 59 degrees north sailing podcast. It's Andy Shell here again.

This is Paul Exner. I interviewed Paul last year at the Strictly Sail Chicago Boat Show on my Two Inspired Guys podcast.

That was more of a background information on Paul as a sailor and how he built his boat and all this other stuff.

But this one was with Paul, and we talked mostly about his modern geographic sail training business

and sort of all things ocean sailing.

And he and I shared some ideas on philosophies on how to fit out a boat and how to mentally prepare yourself

to go offshore. This was also our first live podcast, which was really cool. So we did it in front

of an audience at Chicago Strictly Sail Show again this year. We had about 15 people in the audience

in one of the seminar rooms at the Navy Pier at the convention center there and had a really good time with

it. So hopefully we can do some more of these live podcasts in the future because I really,

really enjoy it and it was fun talking in front of people. And I think Paul had a good time as well.
