I am Jason Romano.

First want to start out by saying thank you to everyone this year that's tuned

into sports spectrum, that's listened, that's shared an encouraging note, whether it's on

social media or a direct email to me or even some of you that have my cell phone number

and shoot me texts. I'm just grateful that God has placed me in a position to be able to be a part of what

sports spectrum is all about, keeping Jesus in the sports conversation. This week, the final week of

2003, we're going to look back to five of the best episodes that we had on sports spectrum in

2020.

And today we're going to start with our very first conversation that we're going to look

back on.

And that was with Coach Patty Gassow from Oklahoma.

She is their softball coach.

She is one of the greatest coaches in the history of college sports.

And that spans a lot of sports. And that spans a lot of coaches.

I'd put Patty Gasso in that top echelon of all-time great coaches in any sport in the history

of major college athletics, seven times a World Series champion, including this past season of 2023.

And we got a chance to talk to her.

Right before that season began, we actually went out to Norman, Oklahoma to sit down
