Should I give them the good news? Sure. Good news is at least now they know how far they have to go.

And also good defense was representative against a very good Philadelphia Eagles offense, at least

one that was good for the lion's share of 2023 and is really loaded to.

But the story of the day unfortunately becomes the mistakes, Phil, real through

the litany of numbers.

So just overall between Jacobi Brissette and Drake May periods, and they got most of the work,

Joe Milton got a period at the very end.

I counted 15 total sacks, nine penalties, and you had two interceptions by Jacoby Brissette.

So at least Drake May didn't throw one if you're looking for silver linings.

Now, Jacoby Brissette, even one of those picks was a drop by Austin Hooper.

Should have been a touchdown during a red zone period.

But it was as sloppy as you made it sound off the top, Tom. I mean,

you can't have that number of flags flying on. It felt like every third play, if you're not

talented enough, if you don't have the physical gifts necessary to compete, to contend on the

offensive side, which I think we all would argue

they don't. You can't then be sloppy on top of it. So what's the answer to this? Because I'm

sure some folks are wondering, well, were these sins of omission, false starts, things preventable,

or were they sins of commission where you're getting beat and you have to make a play,
