Hey, what's up, everybody? Welcome into Tom Current Patriots Talk podcast.

It is the aftermath, and it's the aftermath of a 10 to 7 Patriots loss to the New York

Giants.

They are now two and nine.

I had this as a 12 to 9 loss.

I overestimated the explosiveness of both clubs.

And true to form, as you know by now, having

watched the game, Mack Jones got the first half. He sucked. Bailey Zappy got the second half.

He provided the human smelling salts to the nose of the Patriots offense. They immediately score a

touchdown. And then he sucked. The Patriots then slow play at the

end of the game with an opportunity to maybe try and go up top and score a touchdown. Instead,

they inexplicably played for a field goal. When they hadn't driven the field, but one other

time the entire game, they decided that if they get a field goal there,

they're going to drive it again with Bailey Zappy during overtime and kick a field goal to win.

So they go down meekly, settling for a 35-yard attempt that fourth round pick, Chad Riland,

hooked.

But there's something interesting that's going on here, aside from the weirdness of Bill

slow playing the decision on who would be his starter all the way up until as far as

his teammates were concerned,
