What is the status of this lawsuit?

They called it frivolous.

Is that right?

Yeah, Judge Middlebrooks, yeah, he dismissed the case,

and right now we're appealing the decision, and we believe it's going to be well it should be overturned

The decision was really out of line

Can you describe that? I mean if every time someone files a lawsuit against the Clinton it's just called frivolous

We don't have much of a way to get a remedy here in this country. So the appeal process is hopeful?

The appeal process is very hopeful. It would go to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and we'll be in front of three judges there.

And we expect something a little bit more fair than what we got from Judge

Middlebrooks. Now, when I speak of Judge Middlebrooks, I just want to make it clear. I'm not saying

that he's a bad person, bad judge, dishonest or anything like that, because he's not. He's a man

who probably loves this country and probably loves the law and

became a judge for probably the right reasons. You know, we hear about judges taking prize, all kinds of

crazy things, but, you know, that's not what we see in our normal practice of law. We see good people

that have become judges and, you know it you can't necessarily blame him

for his belief system because he's like everybody else he's watching the news and he's developing

his beliefs rather than knowledge you can't expect him to actually personally investigate and
