The archetypal yelling, degrading football coach was the first coach my son ever had. However, he did coach the kids to win their league's version of the Super Bowl, and it did mark a glorious moment in his youth. I think that's the gist of the question. And I think, yeah, it's a mixed bag. I tell you it was different when I was growing up to the point where, you know, kids' face masks were grabbed. And I find the higher up, the more intense it got. And to the point in college where I felt like I was playing for guys, well, I was, I was playing for guys whose jobs depended on it. And when you have people whose jobs |
