First of all, the showroom is in the back of the sporting goods place, and it's just kind of a

makeshift warehouse that they put a wood stage down and kind of a bar in the corner, a wooden bar.

And, you know, I guess they do stuff in there sometimes. I don't know. This was the first time

Sketchfest had used this venue. But right behind the

stage, this kind of storage unit, there was a surfboard that we're using as a bench. But you

can open the back door and bam, there's the fucking Golden Gate Bridge just right there. And it was

beautiful that night.

Zero fog in San Francisco.

You could just, it looked like an oil painting, man.

And I could hear the cars just driving over it just shoo, and I was, I was staring at it for like 15 minutes waiting to go on and just going like,

God, this, this city is just fucking kick ass again.

So I go back in.

I'm looking at my notes.

Me and Lane are sitting there.

There's no one else around.

There's a big audience.

They're in there.

Doug is on. And, uh And he's doing, you know,

about 20 minutes so far. And they're laughing and everything's fucking festive. And then he gets

to his closer. He's on about 26 minutes. And Lane and I are sitting there i'm totally in my own world going over my

notes because i'm i'm about to do 30 and i'm getting ready to shoot a new special so i'm like well

i really want to try to get this this um order nailed and as i'm looking at it, I'm hearing everyone laughing, laughing, and then I hear the entire
