a crisseter a weightlifter almost everyone has experienced pettler or quad tendon pain

at some point of their career as no this is something that

i've definitely experienced um when i was getting ready for the 2011 senior nationals and weightlifting

i had a really bad case of pettler tendon pain at the time i was pulling i believe two a days

almost four times a week and this is something that started flaring up.

I didn't know how to deal with it at the time.

But I had a competition to get ready for.
