Last night, Heath and I watched a new documentary on National Geographic. We loved it called Arctic Assent.

And it was a documentary about two things, essentially. It was about ascending this huge, huge,

never climbed before rock in Greenland. I can't pronounce the name.

It's a very complicated name, a beautiful one.

And it was also about collecting data for climate change

and climate change research, very hard to capture data because these

parts of the world are very remote, very hard to get to, and they're not the most friendly

conditions. But why do I want to do a podcast episode about this today? A couple of reasons.

Alex Honeld, who is in the documentary, he is also the star of the documentary Free Solo, an Oscar

Awardering documentary about him Free Soling, meaning without a rope climbing

Al Capitan the only person to ever have done it. He is in it and I love

him and his work. His wife was actually on the podcast. Check her out, Sarni, great episode.

She's an amazing coach.

Alex is in it, so it was thrilling to see what he's doing next after essentially,

you know, fulfilling his life's dream.

Where to from here, right? That's always a great question I think about when it comes to

when you fulfill your dreams what's next I like seeing what he's doing now and then also it's really great

I think to understand more about what's going on in the world and when it came to collecting all the data in Greenland

Part of the team that were in that they were part of the Arctic ascent.

There was a woman called Heidi who is a scientist and if you watch this documentary

and I do recommend it, I just fell in love with her. You could see her passion was palpable.
