| 0:43.9 | It's surprisingly common how many people feel really awkward and nervous and anxious when they |

| 0:56.6 | incredibly, incredibly effective at helping people to not only kind of acutely address |
| 1:06.0 | reducing that nervousness and anxiety in social situations, but also helping people kind of get down |
| 1:14.1 | a little deeper to what that root cause is in regards to why do they feel nervous around |
| 1:19.8 | other people? Is it a lack of confidence? Is it a lack of sense of self? Is it not just |
| 1:27.0 | knowing what to say? Is there some sort of trauma from the |
| 1:30.9 | past around that? And this is something that I feel like is really important because as humans, |
| 1:38.4 | we are social beings to a certain degree. I don't believe we are necessarily designed to live in 100% isolation, |
| 1:47.0 | and there is something to relating and connecting to other people, opening to other people, |
| 1:54.1 | letting people into your heart to have that human-to-human connection that I think is really |
| 1:59.6 | important for us to feel healthy. |
