Hi everybody. Welcome to the Women's Dating and Confidence podcast. My name is Amber, and today I want to talk to you about partial results in dating.

0:18.7

Before we get into that, I want to share with you my free guide called

0:22.1

copy and paste texts for when he's pulling away or acting flaky. The link for that is going to be

0:27.7

in the show notes below. So I got this idea for the podcast today because I was reading through

0:34.4

the messages from my clients in the current coaching program from dating to

0:39.5

exclusive. If you don't know, this is a program that I run every four months, and we just started

0:46.0

about a month ago. So we have a private Slack group, and that's where all of the participants

0:52.8

can connect with each other. They can message

0:54.8

each other privately or in the group chat. We also do mindset work together and we can share it

1:00.7

with each other there and kind of get additional eyes on your brain in general. So a lot of chatting

women have been sending each other.

1:26.8

And what I shared with them was like, I noticed that they all had two

1:33.7

general mindsets. One was silliness and playfulness and just having fun with the process and laughing

1:42.7

about mistakes they made and laughing about some of the people

1:47.2

that they encountered in the dating process and just making light of things and laughing at other

1:54.7

people's situations as well that they shared and just kind of having fun. They were also really supportive of each other.

2:02.7

They were messaging and responding back to different people's questions

2:07.5

or just empathizing and offering support when people reached out.

2:13.5

And the other thing that I noticed is that they all had a growth mindset as they were sharing these things.

2:22.2

So they weren't just complaining and commiserating.
