Well, I guess that remains to be seen whether or not I can survive it or not, but I certainly

appreciate you having me, bro.

Yeah, man, I am hyped to have you on I'm hyped to talk about uh mental health and uh sort of all the various ways that people can uh take care of themselves and take care of their

mental health and uh from spirituality to connecting with nature to working with plants and uh all these sorts

of things i'm i'm very hyped to uh talk about with you yeah right but um maybe we can start with like

just a very brief uh for the audience like a little bit about your military background.

How'd you get into it and like a little of that stuff?

Yeah.

Well, you know, my generation, every generation has someone they have to blame, right?

So, you know, our generation, it was all about blaming our parents.

So I like to default back to that it was my dad's fault that I went in the military that I sought out going to special forces.

And that blame rests solely on the fact that he let me watch Rambo First Blood when I was like eight or nine years

old and you know Rambo was you know obviously badass you know fighting the authoritative figure that

were you know being mean to veterans and all that you know but that was a little deeper than

anything I knew when I was that young all I knew was to do that a badass knife made some cool

booby traps in the woods,
