different. What are we doing this time? Well, we've done it a few times, but you guys send in your

questions. We want to answer them for you. I like that. So let's just rip right into it.

Question number one, which by the way, I'm so glad you're listening to this podcast because let me

tell you, it's never been more important than right now to make sure that you're, we call it sharpening the axe. That doesn't really sound cool. We need something that sounds a little bit more warm and fuzzy rather than sharpening my axe. But that's what you're doing here is you're learning how to close even more loans in today's environment. And it's never been more important to do that because those that

step out the plate and take action and learn, find out what top producers they're doing, and then

copy them, they're going to do just fine. The ones, it's just kind of like waiting for stuff to fall out of the sky,

I'll wait until it gets back to the way it was. Yeah, that's going to be a long way. So glad to have

you people here. All right, what's the first question? Question number one, how do you trust your team

not to make mistakes? Well, that's a great question. So I trust. So you know what? So I'm going to be totally transparent here.

I don't trust that you'll never make a mistake, right? Because my father, I've said this before here, that if you don't skin your knees from time to time, you're not running fast enough.

And so if they were to say, Jamie never ever makes a mistake, well, then she's not

doing enough, right? You're going to make mistakes. So I think, you know, I think the, like,

like people are going to make mistakes and we can't hold them to the bar of never making a mistake.

For me, a lot of it comes what happens after the mistake.

Like what happens then?

Do they step up the plate and go, hey, I need to fix this?

Do they try to hide the mistake?

Right?

That can, I mean, that can be, you know, I can see sometimes, like,
