Like, how do I allow you to feel strong enough to stay out of this relationship, not feel like you have to go back?

And then once I was raped, it just kind of changed.

humans and also like what trust looks like is so different right like they allowed me to sit there and hold their hand and talk to them as there is a nurse going over these wounds that are very fresh and that was like I was like this is what I want to do.

We don't want them to relive that moment if they have relived it so many times and especially if someone is doing something different now where they're really into their healing journey and they are the survivor themselves but they are helping others now
