Our teaching text this morning comes from

Acts chapter 2 verses to 47 which we've already recited a lot together and

acts chapter 5 verse, which I will read from now.

Day after day in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching

and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Messiah.

This is the word of the Lord.

You may be seated.

Bridgetown, I have to tell you how honored I am to be here and I have committed and you should

expect your preachers to make this commitment but I have made the commitment that I

will God help me never stand in the pulpit and lie.

Pretty decent commitment I think, right?

Never stand in the pulpit and lie.

And so when I say this I mean it.

I love your pastors.

And don't look now, but you're rich to have them.

And Tyler and Kirsten are faithful people.

They love Jesus.

Being in their home means something to me. This is not some sort of mutual

admiration society. I wouldn't say it if I didn't mean it. Don't look now. The

spirit of the Lord is coming right here and falling in this place.

And just, I didn't say this in the first service,

but I just can't get away from it.
