And the reason being because, as we're going to talk about,

even in just this one episode today on grief and loss,

And it needs to be wrestled with, discussed, and actually done. So again, check that out. So we're talking

here really about church culture. The book is meant to offer a biblical theology developed and

pruned and nuanced over the last 25 plus years about how do we create a culture where people

are deeply changing for the sake of the world, that something's flowing out of our lives,

out of who we are to our teams and then to the larger church.

And the word culture is key because a community or a culture, the way we,

cultures can be defined as the way we do things around here. Everything we do is informed by

the culture, whether it's our large meetings of worship, whether it's small groups, ministries,

youth, children, the way we do relationships and marriages and singleness and

sexuality, the way we navigate politics and talk about these things. Our pace, how we make

decisions, is all undergirded or informed by theology. And so we began this series here by talking about the four failures that undermine
