Summary
Each Enneagram Type is beautiful and in its healthy expression is truly fantastic. When Threes are healthy, they no longer find it important to credentialize their achievements, they become more community-minded and interested in helping others succeed.
In Part Two of my conversation with former Governor of Tennessee, Bill Haslam, we continue our discussion on the dangers Enneagram Threes face when they over-identify with the role they play in their job and allow perception to matter more than reality.
