What's up girl I'm so freaking excited that you're here for this episode because this is part one of a two-part series and my intention with this is I want to peel back the curtain as I always do on the show to fill you in on what's been going on in my life and the next business decision that I'm making in terms of what I'm doing next.

And you know on this podcast I always love to share with you what's going on in real time,

but in this case the decision that I made of what I wanted to do next other women were

involved so I couldn't tell you exactly what was going on until we were

figuring out some of the logistics behind the scenes and contracts and paperwork and

all that stuff so I'm super excited that I finally get to share this with you.

You know, I do think of us like we're girlfriend, so I'm just really excited to tell you what's going on.

But I also wanted to use this as an opportunity to share with you how I came to this decision because all of us whether you are an

entrepreneur or you're in the corporate world or you're a mom or you're not a mom like

there's so many different life changes that will happen and also like you're going to

evolve as a person so sometimes your interests are going to change and we're all going to be

making pivots in our career and while this will look like a major pivot from some of the things that I've done in the past,

I felt like it would be really helpful if I shared with you the context of some of the things that I considered when I was making this decision.
