Hello everybody. I'm Wendy Davis. Well we shouldn't be playing games or who

knows what mayor and who's mayor that they're following their footsteps.

Follow your own footsteps. I believe in getting violent criminals off the street

but paying our police and firefighters but affirming our city workers as well.

The question for Houstonians is to ask what kind of city do you want? I want this

to be a livable city go with me into the future take Houston into the future.

A livable city. Every hotel was taken up with Beyoncé but they also want a city

that has a vision and has a bright new future. Must I die?

When I'm reminded of someone proper now quoted by Sheila Jackson Lee don't condemn the gangbangers they've got guns.

When does the youth take up a gun? They take it up when they don't have a summer job.

Homicide is a leading cause of death.

I will be looking to as I've said to work with the federal government. I believe that they want

yes basic city services and everything to work on time and the whistles blowing as they should.

Over my cold dead body federal government these children speak Chinese

and so we're all walking on thin ice or no ice at all.

Let me just also be very clear no one on this stage has a hold on bringing people together.
