I will be the education mayor and I'll work with our community colleges, all of the

universities we have here and ask them to involve themselves in HISD to alter some of the things

that Mr. Miles is doing and find ways to invest in these children so they can learn.

State agencies are not the best, TEA made the wrong decision, they've consistently made

the wrong decision, they don't invest in our schools.

But as mayor, I will lift up our parents and our teachers, as the teachers have endorsed

me, I will lift them up and affirm them so that our children can learn and special needs

children will have a place in our schools and we will make sure everyone has an opportunity
